VERY NICE PRODUCT! This is a very high quality unit. All of the flanges and brackets are nicely machined aluminum (the shifter itself is steel though). In order to fit it though, two minor modifications need to be made...

1) Shift linkage hole needs to be dremeled out just a tad. The bottom of the shifter (where the bolt goes through to connect to the tranny) is about 20-30% thicker than the stock shifter. This extra girth makes me feel more secure. I can just imagine some lesser shifters snapping off there due to poor welding.

2) Rubber dust/heat boot on bottom needs to be cut/trimmed a little bit to fit properly.

Throw is reduced almost 50%... very nice feel to it. It actually feels better than the Stillen short throw shifter. It's very positive, smooth, with just a hint more effort required over a stock shifter.

It costs about the same or a little bit more than a Stillen short throw now that the yen has become so weak. I may be able to put together a group buy sometime in January if anyone is interested.
